Returns & Refunds

 

At Crazy Card Rips, all card break sales are considered final once a break has begun or products have been opened live. By purchasing into a break, you acknowledge that trading card products are random in nature and specific cards, teams, players, hits, or values are never guaranteed.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • A break is canceled and not completed

  • Inventory errors or overselling occur

  • Payment was processed in error

  • A sealed product order has not yet shipped or been opened live

​

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed live breaks

  • Random team or player assignments after randomization

  • Opened products

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Shipping charges once labels are created

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your shipment arrives damaged or is missing, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order information. We will work with the shipping carrier to assist where possible, but we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party shipping providers.

Chargebacks

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback after participating in a break may result in:

  • Permanent bans from future breaks

  • Cancellation of pending orders

  • Submission of evidence to payment processors and platforms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Crazy Card Rips, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Card Breaks

Crazy Card Rips operates live trading card breaks and rip-and-ship services. Customers purchase spots, teams, divisions, packs, or products that may be opened live on stream or video.

All products are chance-based collectible products. Specific outcomes, cards, autographs, parallels, or values are never guaranteed.

3. Randomization

For random team, division, or player breaks:

  • Randomizations are conducted live using approved randomization methods or software

  • Results are final once completed

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing break formats before purchasing

4. Card Ownership & Assignment

Cards pulled during breaks belong to the assigned purchaser based on the break format listed at checkout.

For multiplayer or multicard situations:

  • Cards may be randomized

  • Cards may go to the left/top/front team

  • Crazy Card Rips reserves the right to make fair final determinations in unusual circumstances

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers available on the Wix platform. By submitting payment information, you authorize the processing of transactions for your orders.

6. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on volume, product availability, weather, customs, or carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crazy Card Rips shall not be liable for:

  • Card grading outcomes

  • Market value fluctuations

  • Shipping carrier delays or losses

  • Technical issues during livestreams
